OneMoreFord One is Never Enough!
I had to sit out this years Mull Rally so Dave had to make the trip up to Mull in torrential weather with a new navigator Brian Foggo.
With an all new schedule running more daylight stages in the Friday opening leg one starting with three stages, all went well blowing away the cobwebs up to 20 overall.
The Saturday daylight leg consisted of two loops of the top of the island and they started to pick up the pace sitting in 15th overall after the first loop. It ended in Calgary just after two famous yumps as Dave is not the first person to go off here, but maybe the first to go so far off the road!
Everyone was OK and the car will live again, they were very lucky not to collect any large trees on the way down and it took 2.5 hours getting it back on the road, Thanks to all the marshals and helpers! as it could have done as much damage again coming out!
Oh well always next year.
